| Lynn Jackson
is an
experienced facilitator and trainer of all things ITIL, particularly
specialising in Service Desk, Incident and Service Level
Management. She has been working within the IT
industry for over 15 years and training IT personnel in technical and
business skills for eight years. She has trained Blue Chip companies in
the use of their chosen software and attendant interpersonal/business
skills, and coached managers in the implementation of ITIL.
Lynn is a Member of the
Institute of Service Management and an Associate Member of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Lynn's qualifications
