Turning Doubters into Champions

Addressing the human element of change is the key to success in organisation restructuring, mergers, reengineering.  When we understand why people resist change, we can move forward and develop ways of addressing resistance to make it work with instead of against us.

CIT is an approach to managing the change process, achieving commitment of all parties’ involved and providing skills to gain best business advantage.

During this participative two day course we will; identify the different stakeholders involved in the implementation of ITIL within your company; review the reactions people have to change and provide strategies for your managers to help people move through the process as smoothly as possible.

Who will benefit

This course will be useful for all managers responsible for ensuring effective implementation of ITIL resulting in recognisable business benefits.
